Located in the heart of Coal Harbour, with stunning views of Canada Place, this project is truly special.

The 250 Howe building in Vancouver was designed by B+H Architects (formerly known as Bregman + Hamann Architects). Completed in 2002, this downtown building has seen several upgrades over the years, reflecting the evolving building standards and technologies in the city, making it a prime example of modern architecture in a prime location.

The original window coverings for this project were 1” aluminum blinds. After our experts conducted a thorough project assessment, we proposed the best solutions to give the space a fresh, modern upgrade.
